Where is my progress saved?

The app saves your place, completed suggestions, choices, practice counts and preferences on your device. It also keeps a local recovery copy. There is no account or app-operated cloud sync.

Deleting the app, erasing its data or losing the device can remove your guide. Any device backup or restore depends on your system settings. If a saving warning appears, tap it to try saving again before leaving.

Why is the next arrow waiting?

Some moments ask you to do something with the fellow first. A guide page waits until you have tried its small suggestion in ordinary life and ticked it. You can leave and return later; completed suggestions stay completed.

Tap the words to reveal them. The arrow moves the story on. Screen-reader users receive an accessible alternative for scene gestures.

What do calm and growth mean?

They belong to the little fellow. Calm fills during the story. After the story, today's calm gently drops between days and refills with a thank-you or a page practised again. Completed pages and practice counts stay in your guide.

Practices teach the fellow new animations. Its expressions and calm are part of an authored story; they do not measure your feelings, health or worth.

Can I change my plan?

Open the book, find page six and choose a different plan. Your completed page stays completed.

How do I start over?

Use the small back arrow before the guide appears, or open the book and select “start the story again.” The ending also offers a replay. Confirm the second tap to clear story progress, page ticks, choices, practice counts and today's calm. Sound and text preferences stay.

Why can't I hear the sounds?

Use the sound control in the top corner, check your volume and turn silent mode off. The story is also readable with sound off. Sound pauses when the app goes into the background.

Purchases

The App Store handles download payments and purchase history. For a billing question or refund request, use Apple's purchase support. The app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
